RBV Energy carry the largest range of 3D Double Back reinforced manifold fittings in various worldwide stock locations. Our 3D Double Back manifold fittings are forged from European fine grain AISI 4130 material.

RBV Energy forged 3D Double Back fittings are designed with a 3D bend radius. They are suitable for full-flow applications such as cement and mud systems, where a minimum pressure drop is required.

3D Double Back elbows are availalbe with independent design review, and are fully in compliance with ABS/CDS rules and DNVGL OS-E101 rules.

3D Double Back Elbows (90°)

RBV Energy offer a full range of 3D double back elbows from 2″ to 7″, available with standard pressure ratings of 5,000 psi, 10,000 psi, 15,000psi and 20,000psi. RBV Energy standard specification for our 4130 long sweep elbows is as follows:

• Service Class: Standard or Sour Service
• Material: AISI 4130
• Weld Ends: ANSI B16.25
• BW Tolerance: ANSI B16.9
• Material Yield Strength: 85,000 PSI minimum
• Material Tensile Strength: 105,000 PSI minimum
• Operating temperature: -46 to + 180°C (API temperature class L to X)
